Data Retention
Not Diamond Code retains collected data for 18 months from the time of collection, after which it is permanently deleted.
What we collect
Section titled “What we collect”Not Diamond Code always collects non-sensitive fields - request metadata, token counts, and model routing decisions. These are necessary to display your organization’s Claude Code spend and power our routing algorithms.
Sensitive fields are not collected by default. Account owners and admins can opt in to sensitive field collection in Settings → Privacy. When enabled, sensitive fields are subject to the same 18-month retention period.
Disabling sensitive field collection may impact our ability to further optimize cost reductions and limit the granularity of spend data visible in your dashboard.
Early deletion
Section titled “Early deletion”To delete all collected data for your organization, go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete session data. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Only the account owner can perform it.
What is and is not collected
Section titled “What is and is not collected”See the Data Dictionary for a full breakdown of fields, their sensitivity classification, and which fields are always excluded regardless of telemetry settings.
